Are these machines suitable for commercial kitchens?

Yes. Every model is built for continuous commercial duty with food-grade 304 stainless steel contact parts, guarded blade or roller zones and safety switches that stop the machine when the cover is opened.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One machine per model is enough to start. Mixed containers with different models are accepted for first orders, and mixed-model orders usually receive a better unit price.

Can you produce machines to our drawings and samples?

Yes. We accept drawings, samples and target throughput data. Machines can be built to your cutting size, bowl volume, power supply and conveyor length, with OEM logo, manual and packaging available.

Do you provide CE and food-contact certificates?

Yes. Food-contact parts use 304 stainless steel, and most models are available with CE export documentation, test reports and material certificates supplied with each batch.

What is the lead time?

25-35 days for standard models and 40-55 days for customized models, after drawing approval and deposit.

What voltage and frequency can you supply?

220V/50Hz and 380V/50Hz are standard for China. 110V/60Hz versions are available for most models so the machines can run directly on North American mains.
