Export Packing and Global Delivery

Food machinery is large, heavy and mostly welded stainless steel, so the main risks in transit are structural loosening caused by vibration and corrosion. The packing focus is therefore not a thicker box but controlling loads and humidity during transport.

Packing structure

• Complete machines are crated in fumigated solid timber, lined with moisture barrier foil and shock padding, with shipping marks and crate numbers stencilled outside.
• Blades and forming rollers travel in separate boxes marked as fragile, and spare blade sets and installation tools are supplied with the machine.
• Electrical components and controllers are packed separately against moisture and supplied with wiring diagrams and a component list, so local electricians can connect them and replace parts.

Shipping options and transit times

• Full container load by sea (40HQ / 20GP) is the most economical option for regular volume orders: about 30 to 45 days to Europe, 7 to 15 days to Southeast Asia and 20 to 30 days to the Middle East.
• Less-than-container load suits small or top-up orders and is charged by volume, with transit similar to FCL but longer consolidation time.
• Air freight and express are for prototypes, spare parts and urgent top-ups, charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.
