Customisation is not open-ended. What is realistically feasible falls into a few directions: adapting a standard machine to the voltage and regulatory requirements of the target market, changing the material of food-contact parts, adjusting conveyor length and mounting for the customer site, and changing the appearance and nameplate. Structural redesign requires a fresh capacity and safety review, which adds noticeably to both cost and lead time.
Standard customisation scope
- Electrical adaptation: switching between 220V single-phase, 380V three-phase and 110V/60Hz, with plugs and cable gauges matched to the target market.
- Material substitution: 316 stainless for food-contact parts, food-grade blade material for the cutting edges, and the paint colour of the frame.
- Throughput adjustment: different motor and gear ratio, changed feed and discharge heights, added or resized conveyor sections.
- Appearance and identification: nameplate content, brand colours, control panel graphics and crate markings.
How the process runs and minimum quantities
- Step 1: send your requirement, stating target market, throughput, product type and site constraints. We come back with a feasible approach and a quotation.
- Step 2: confirm the technical solution and drawings, with a prototype run to validate key parameters and output quality where needed.
- Step 3: contract and deposit, production and final inspection, packing and dispatch with the documents needed for customs clearance.
- Minimum quantities: private-label machines start at 5 units per model and models may be mixed; structurally modified machines are assessed individually, and prototypes are usually quoted per unit.
