Factory and Production Capability

Yachuhao builds mainly in food-grade 304 stainless steel. From raw material to dispatch, a machine passes through cutting, bending, welding, machining, surface finishing, assembly, electrical wiring, full commissioning and final inspection, with a check record at each step.

Manufacturing highlights

• Argon welding is used throughout, with seams ground and passivated so that no residue can come into contact with the product.
• Bowls, hoppers and hooks that touch the product are formed in 304 stainless steel and electropolished on the inside to reduce residue.
• Electrical work uses split junction boxes and residual-current protection; key parameters are measured live on every machine and recorded before dispatch.

Factory inspection items

• Appearance: grinding marks on welds, scratches, colour variation, burrs and sharp edges.
• Dimensions and function: cutting size, dough thickness, speed range, timer and speed control are all verified.
• No-load and load runs: temperature rise, noise and vibration are observed, and the interlocks of safety switches and guards are confirmed.
